@MDT   Apple pie 😋😋 my favourite - I love it cold with custard.  I had a real craving for it a couple of weeks ago - lordy it was good 😋😁

Now that its been mentioned, I feel like having it again.  It’s a shame I live so far from town, I really need to have one in the freezer.  😏😏

Pizza sounds good for those of you who are having it.  And soup ... yes its definitely soup weather.  I must remember next time I'm at the supermarket to buy everything I need to make some pea and ham soup or lamb shank soup ... they are two of my favourites.

It got to  -1 C (thats a Minus) here last night / this morning ... which is very cold for these parts.  Most years we go through winter without a frost at all, but this morning there was a light frost.  And I loved it!  And it isnt even winter yet.  

So it is definitely soup, hearty casserole or curry weather .. winter is here.  Well, it is unless you are in far north QLD that is.  Poor @Shaz51  doesnt really know what winters are.  😊

Tonight we are having a butter chicken curry, with rice and naan bread.  Warm, spicy and tasty ... perfect.
