@Sophia1 I'm feeling guilty and fully ashamed of some of my past actions in my teens years tonight. It's a terrible cycle which really destroys me. The thought of people knowing.. the thought of what they thought.. the associated guilt and shame.. it's been happening for around 13 + years now... and i think I've buried it deep under negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours + addictions... i think making mistakes is an ongoing thing-i never quite learn properly and my ways about me always seem to let me down... somedays i feel i just wanna disappear off the face of the planet so i never have to face it properly + It's basically unpacking stuff and i think I'll wanting to/needing to do it for years to come if I'm gonna get to the bottom of my issues and besides this. I'll probably still be faced with a challenging life...
