Hopefully he will say something before it gets too bad @Shaz51. The twin was inclined to leave things until they were really bad but is getting a bit better at saying things now.

I am thinking of an extra walking in the afternoon to help my diabetes but mr shaz has kinda squached my get up and go by saying oh yaaa i can see that

Makes us feel so discouraged when we make an effort to ensure their needs are met @Shaz51.  I need to do some walking, am so unfit but am scared of failing.

What you needed to hear him say was "You go girl", "I'm with you in that", "I'll come too" (for company).

Or something like that (motivational)...
