Very appropriate @Former-Member
If there's no set theme how about Africa this time? Have we gone there before?
I'm feeling something spicy but too lazy to cook it myself...
This is called Injera. It's a mix of a pancake-like thing and lots of sauces.

Very true @Adge you can find most things on the internet. I'm generally not as spot-on as @Former-Member ! it's a skill
Practing kindness to oneself is a skill @Adge . Takes time but I'm glad you're continuing to strive.
@Scarecrowe hello! I'm sorry if I haven't 'seen' you on the forums before but I'm a bit more of someone behind the scenes than a regular on the forums.

Africa sounds good to me @Former-Member. 🙂
If I add a little bit of paprika, my corn fritters qualify as African. Sounds tasty... haven't cooked them yet, so I can still do that. 😛
