I hope they don't take too long to start working for you. Did you get patches or tablets? I have tablets, they start with a K and help. I wasn't able to get them until today so I've been without for over a fortnight and the suffering is real, man! Feeling hot and sweaty even though the temp is only 19 degrees.

I also wish I had more friends like the ones I have on Sane. I'm starting to think my complaining friend is just a younger version of ex friend. They have similar traits. I must have had Feel Free to Use Me tattooed on my forehead and not noticed.

Mr MM is sitting beside me at my desk, not wanting anything but just happy to be with me. I love him so very much. I think my list of loves goes like this -

@tyme thanks sweetheart, I have been feeling more sociable - I was diagnosed with diabetes a few weeks back and my GP said it is probably the reason for my low mood. It has certainly been a gamechanger as I feel more engaged now.

Today I'm needing the comfort of my Sane fam, one of my offline friends was quite mean in her words to me and I'm feeling fragile with emotions over my ex friend as well.

That's such good news @ENKELI  - not the diabetes, but the fact that a diagnosis of diabetes has made everything else 'make sense'.

For me, when people struggle with their mental health, I often ask if they have had a full blood count as it can reveal a lot. Also, things like thyroid issues can severly affect mood.

So so glad you are here.
