well its just tidying and throwing stuff out at this stage @Bunniekins and bins are full already lol, guess it might be cheaper to hire a ute when work out what order to do stuff in, well latest tab-mobile, ok of 3 years nearly now has no freaken towbar lol. I tried advertising a couple things on fb yest, got no interest despite give away prices, might be taking heaps to salvos and dump looks like. I mentioned possibility of staying at fathers place to sister. ok when she was already talking, suckered her into talking by mentioning not smoking. No response to my mention of staying at father's so guess she doesn't approve. Well why do i care? ok she runs his affairs these days finances, everything, prob thinks am trying to take something from her

..nap shortly @Bunniekins ok see how I go . might try a walk later, weather depending. yeah ok ish. not happy not sad, think can see a way out of current situation. am researching retirement, its a minefield, maybe can get to a free centrelink seminar if they still have them, there's something like inbetween or part retired now apparently? think they can give u part of super on drip feed while still working, not that i have much anyway but better to spend it before it disappears again Anyway hope your days okay, just doing a bit of tv here

well I could always leave if things get too weird @Bunniekins well she cant stop me, ok maybe she can, prob in father's ear now, he wants me to do it, well said he did ages ago, whether that translates into reality ..well anyway sure she's worried I'd be trying to lay claim to house, well she only has like 6 houses and half share in 30 flats so she really needs another one. Well she says its only fair

@TABs reminds me of when my ex's nanna was going through her stuff (and there was alot of it!) to give to family members when she had died. I felt very strange and said that I really didn't want anything thank you but she insisted (she was a sweetie). Anyway all these long lost cousins and nieces and nephews came out of the closet putting their names on this and that it was very strange I thought but that is me.

sister would have been through place with fine toothed comb many times already @Bunniekins year before last she was going through mums stuff after she died (no problem  with that well someone has to) then father complained loudly and she said it was me that got stuff out, then got to overhear him frothing loudly 'what's he doing going through things  ok maybe not such a good idea to go there lol .ok its free rent. that's it. and its worth it. putting up with him and having to visit will just make me look harder for work, plus it will be a bonus to get rid of this house which has so become dead weight. I need to be on the road, done with here. never intended to come back here, got lots work for 7 mths maybe til couple months ago, but spent too much even tho thought was budgeting so got rid of smoking etc next will get rid of rent for few months at least well mate's mother died last year, he says takes 12mths to settle estate so could get a years free rent even after father dies. sounds horrible but its survival sick of working to pay others terrible properties off ok and smoking cigs etc hey i could spend a year at the beach lol well its 10ks from fathers place lol could go there whenever I pleased lol

@TAB I envy you (in a good way :)) in many ways starting afresh. Still young enough to do just that. I hope to do a similar thing some day pack up and start a fresh difference is that I will have kidults in tow but that is ok. In the mean time I am getting myself together to achieve it. You are going off on a adventure TABs 🙂 that is really exciting.

..just young enough still @Bunniekins forget I'm 56 lol thought 55 haha now prob going to make it to 70 at least now that don't smoke so best not to do stuff I hate and hang around crappy places when there's no work. Yes, floating around was the norm til about 5 years ago , then got stuck in caravan park in perth for nearly 3 years, now 2 years in this dump, got to be other options and there are now that I am learning how to spend less and not having to cough up $1200 a month for stupid ciggers  , so can look at lower paid easier jobs and or working less

@TAB You will be alright TABs. You have a plan and am sticking to it which is where most people come undone :). You should feel pretty proud of yourself I think.
