Getting no assistance

I have worked all my life never been on benefits, but now I have severe CPTSD and a whole heap of debilitating illness's I applied to get a carer payment for my partner he can't go to work cause I'm so sick. Cause I get compensation which isn't enough to cover both of us they won't pay him anything. We are better off breaking up and then he can care for me cause we won't be partners. The systems a job. An it's so hard to find people willing to care for you and this is what they do.

Sounds like you and your partner are going through a lot and it seems unfair that you can't get the support you need. It is hard when you are having trouble making ends meet and I have been there myself so I can relate. Not with a partner who needs caring for so that must be really challenging.

I believe the communtiy will have some insights to share with you and thank you for being vulnerable with your peers.
