It is great that you have checked in @jem80 and even better that you are doing ok
We all certainly have our up and down days so you are not alone there. Sorry that you feel you are not heard sometimes though - that is a super tough position to be in - I understand that myself some days
I hope you feel heard here and that you deserve to have people care about you.

Thanks for the reply. I always feel heard here.
I know that my family cares, we drive each other silly sometimes. It’s the people I socialise with that is where doubts sneak in.

Dear @jem80
hello 👋 I don’t know if I’ve met you : but just want to join the silent hand on your back and having a hand on my back reassurance too.
“Yes, you deserve to be heard.”
“Yes, I deserve to be heard too.”

So ...... @Faith-and-Hope @jem80 @Zoe7 @soul @CheerBear @outlander @Appleblossom @Outlander65 @Mazarita
how can we expect people close to us respond to our experience with logic and reason when they have no imterest of our experience ?
Yesterday, me and Mr Buddha went to visit my mum. She was freaking out because one of her friends thought that she was clothes 16 or clothes 18.
So i calmly walked to the shops with her while she decided what to have for her lunch. I listened to her rant and rave and tell me her true clothes and then I validated her and gave her a hug goodbye and left.
I felt sad for a little while but then cheered up because I was going home to my messy ; comfortable : over large clothes wardrobe : hot chocolate place. Not once had she ever asked about me and lately I’ve realised that she has never asked me about my experiences. But iv worked hard ( chime in here @Appleblossom ) to get support like joining a church who all are very interested in my and Mr Bs experiences and I decided to always have good Gp. It’s really hard to get a good support system but.
