i am struggling a bit so i thought i would come back to chat and release my emotions/frustration/anger

i have been doing lots of knitting and crochet which helps me stay calm.  But i am currently finding it hard to read a book; hard to concentrate.  i am feeling bored and unmotivated very very easily.

i am trying to take one day at a time.  Hope you are doing okay; what hobbies are you doing? xxxx

had a good day doing what I love. Spat the dummy a few times, but hopefully it’s still all good. Eg the delicate art of spitting in the right place… weary sigh..lol
