Your dinner sounds lovely - I had vegetarian nachos at my sister's place last night and they were yummy - she is on a health kick too. Her partner doesn't like it - he would rather a big fat steak lol but he isn't the cook in the house so he has to eat what he is given hahaha.

It is great that you have lost some weight - I have lost a lot since changing meds several months ago. I am also far from where I would like to be but working on it with the pool sessions and then hopefully beach walks when the weather gets a bit nicer.

Maybe we could set a goal together to walk a certain amount of times each week and encourage each other to do it!

Hey @Shaz51 - sometimes we can't see where we have lost weight until much further down the track - I know my jeans fit me again now so I must have lost some weight - the scales say so but I can't see it either. The first few kgs I could but not so much with the last few.

30 minutes - 3 times a week sounds perfect to start @BlueBay I do pool Tues and Thurs so I will aim for Mon. Wed and either Sat or Sunday. Friday can be my day off. I would like to start going to the pool on Sundays as well but they close early so walking might be a better option. Toby will be happy as he will get out of the house too lol
