One of my yoga teachers does Bikram (hot) yoga regularly (she goes to classes).

I do ordinary Hatha yoga classes twice a week (for the past 7 years).

I wouldn't touch Bikram (go there) with a Barge pole (as they say).

Neither would any of my yoga classmates (they said so).

Taking my client to the Sauna was a good lesson (for me) not to do Hot yoga (Bikram).

I almost fainted from the heat (sauna), & had to leave the room (& stay out).

Agree @Adge. I found it quite uncomfortable. And slippery on the mat as well. Hopefully the air con will be fixed tomorrow. Fortunately it wasn’t a really hot day. There weren’t any windows that could be opened either.

Oh a slippery mat too @soul Yes, I forgot it would be slippery...

Not much fun.

We have no windows where I do my yoga classes.

Often they won't turn the fans or aircon on when it's hot, because some of them like it hot & sweaty (I don't)...
